Why is it super important to start your training sessions with some dynamic stretches?
We often start training sessions with mobility and warm up exercises to prepare our bodies for aerobic activity. Warming up and stretching raises your body temperature, allowing oxygen and blood flow to reach your muscles with greater ease. It also lessens your risk of injury by loosening up your muscles, giving them the elasticity and flexibility they need for boxing!
